NYTimes/CBS Oversample Democrats in Latest Poll

In 2008, 7% more Democrats voted in the General Election. The advantage was thanks, in large part, to the amazing amount of energy that the Obama campaign had. In 2012, they do not have that energy, the Republicans do.This picture illustrates the Party ID breakdown in the latest NYTimes/CBS poll. Why they choose to over poll Democrats by 9-11% is beyond me. The electorate it much more likely to be between a 0-3% advantage for the Democrats in 2012.

In eliminating the “bias” of these polls, Ohio would be Obama +1 as opposed to +10, Pennsylvania would be +1 as opposed to +12, and Florida would be a dead heat as opposed to +9 for Obama. This, my friends, is yet another attempt by the liberal media “elite” to knock us down. They want to say this is over, but it is far from that. Romney/Ryan 2012!
