PPP

  • Democrats – 41% +4
  • Republicans – 36% +1
  • Independents – 23% -5

This PPP poll is yet another example of a left leaning poll. My analysis shows a tight race and Romney taking the slight edge over Obama in Ohio with  a 47% to 46% lead on Obama.

Columbus Dispatch

  • Democrats – 43% +6
  • Republicans – 35% +0
  • Independents – 22% -6

In this poll, we again see a left leaning poll by over-polling Democrats and under-polling Independents. In my analysis, Obama leads at a 48% to 45%, a much closer race than at first glance of this poll.
