    As usual Charles Krauthammer’s analysis makes the most sense. The continuing ethics investigations, Lettermann’s scurilous attack on her and her family and the fact that she has a decade to build up her brand and her knowledge base in order to wage a credible presidential campaign, all point to the most likely reasons she has chosen to bow out of elective politics at this point in time.

    John, thanks for your thoughts on Krauthammer’s analysis. I also feel that “as usual,” Krauthammer is spot on with his assessment of Palin’s prospects for 2012 and why she may have stepped down.

    Does Solid Principles have “embbed codes” for the podcasts?
